User Accounts

Intellectual Property

The inflooens platform, including Luna AI, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription term.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the service. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. The service depends on Salesforce availability, which is governed by Salesforce's terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
