Luna AI processes loan data to provide analysis, anomaly detection, and guideline search. This processing occurs in memory and results are returned to your Salesforce environment. We do not:

• Store raw loan data in our AI systems

• Share your data with third parties for their own purposes
• Log personally identifiable information (PII) in our systems
