What's included in the base subscription?
Everything: Luna AI, Lending Hub, Encompass sync, Credit Hub, analytics, dashboards, email, support, and all updates. Mobile and Communications (SMS/Voice) are optional add-ons.
Do I need to buy Salesforce licenses separately?
No. inflooens is delivered as an OEM solution—Salesforce licensing is included in your subscription. One contract, one bill, fully integrated.
What are the contract terms?

How do the communication add-ons work?
